Step

Step classes will consist of 4 to 5 step combinations that are broken down and ultimately repeated in sequence to obtain a fun and safe workout. The step segment is followed by strength training using weights or bands, abs workout and a cool-down. This 60 Minute class is toning and cardio all in one.
